The Executive Governor of Anambra State, Governor Willie Mmaduabuchi Obiano (Akpokue Dike) on a project inspection tour decides to stopby a road-side fish seller and patronise her. This gives the Governor ample oppprtunity to feel the pulse of his people; getting a first-hand view of how his government is performing.
